Professor Michael Classens was featured on an episode of the AnthroDish podcast. He discussed the work he and his students have been doing for the past few years, focused on what he calls campus food systems alternatives – which are initiatives started/operated by (mostly) students that employ food as an organizing strategy to effect broader socio-ecological change on campus (and beyond).
